I ordered a perfume from purescentum.com i liked the scent right away. It’s not overpowering or too heavy, which I appreciate, and I even got a couple of compliments when I wore it.
I don’t know why, but I expected it to stick around a little longer. After about 3 or 4 hours, I could barely smell it unless I sprayed more. It’s not a bad perfume at all, just wish the staying power was better.

I ordered from purescentum.com and the Delivery was pretty much right on time, just like they said. The tracking updated fine for the most part, though one update was a little late, but it wasn’t a Big deal. Package showed up safe and everything was okay. 4 stars from me.

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me the next day and were polite about it, which I appreciated. It wasn’t the quickest response I’ve ever had, but they did get everything sorted without making it complicated. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience and I’d be comfortable ordering again...

Mine showed up packed really well, with no leaks or dents at all. Did anyone else have the same experience with the packaging being this secure?

I ordered two bottles, but one of them showed up in the wrong scent. I reached out and still haven’t heard back, which is a bit frustrating. It also makes me wonder how carefully they’re checking orders before shipping.

I was actually impressed by how many perfumes they had to choose from. It wasn’t just the same common scents you see everywhere, and I found a few that I haven’t been able to get in local shops. The site was easy to look through too, which made the whole thing feel worth it. I’d definitely order again.

I’ve been happy with this overall. The scent trail is definitely there and people around me can notice it for a few hours, but it’s not so strong that it becomes too much. The sillage is nice and smooth, just not super loud. I do wish it lasted a little longer, though—if the performance drops any more, I’d probably start looking for something else.

I have sensitive skin, so I was a little nervous ordering from purescentum.com. The scent itself was actually really nice, not overpowering, and it didn’t make me itch the way some fragrances usually do.
That said, just a heads-up for anyone with sensitive skin: I did get a bit of redness on my neck the first day. It went away quickly, and I’m still happy with it overall, but seriously, patch test before putting it on fully

I really wanted this to be closer to the original scent, but it just didn’t hit the same for me. The first spray is kind of in the ballpark, but after a little while it gets way too sweet and flat. It’s not awful, but when I brought up that it didn’t smell like I expected, it had that “they made it my problem” feeling, which was frustrating. Overall, just not close enough for me.

I ordered from Pure Scentum, but the scent just wasn’t really my thing. I don’t know why, I thought I’d like it more based on the description, but once I tried it, it didn’t feel like a good fit for me.
I reached out about doing a return, and they did get back to me after a couple of days with the steps. It was helpful, but there was a little more back and forth than I expected, and I don’t know why the whole process felt a bit unclear at times.

They did refund me in the end, so it worked out fine overall. I just wish the return and refund part had been quicker and a little more straightforward.
